• KYC verification via National ID Card or passport is mandatory before your first withdrawal

CT99 reserves the right to verify account information at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe upon a verification request, the account may be temporarily suspended.

All financial transactions at CT99 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Deposits are processed instantly, and withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes, though verification may extend processing times in some cases.

• The same individual may not claim a bonus offer more than once
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited
• Different games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements
• Upon bonus expiry, any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited
• CT99 may revoke a bonus if evidence of misuse is found
• Attempting to claim multiple bonuses from the same IP or device will be considered bonus fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited at CT99. Attempting any of these may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Collusion or bonus fraud through multiple accounts
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment methods

If a technical error causes an incorrect game result, CT99 reserves the right to void that round and refund the amount wagered. No additional compensation will be provided in such cases.

CT99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the reasons listed below. Members will be notified as early as possible, however in cases of fraud or serious violations, immediate action may be taken.

• Registering with false information
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud
• At the Member's Own Request (Self-Exclusion)
• By order of a legal or regulatory authority

Any remaining balance after account closure will be returned following an investigation — unless forfeiture applies due to fraud or breach of terms. Members may also request account closure at any time through the support team.
